Refund Policy

At Natural Thai Bodywork, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality massage services, but please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Late Arrivals

We understand that things happen — in such cases, we always try to accommodate as best as our schedule allows. However, late arrivals may sometimes result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please know that we don’t adjust pricing for reduced service time when it’s due to late arrival, as it’s important to still compensate our staff.

To ensure a full experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to avoid a shortened service. Your appointment begins at your scheduled start time. We recommend planning ahead for potential traffic and street parking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Refunds on Services

We do not offer refunds on completed massage sessions. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include complimentary adjustments or sessions.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies occur. Please contact us directly for consideration of exceptions to this policy.

Prepaid Appointments and Packages

Prepaid appointments or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled with prior notice as per the cancellation policy.
