Bookings and Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of service ONLY. We accept Credit/ Debit/ Application payment.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries before receiving treatment. Arrivals late beyond 15 minutes may result in shortened or canceled sessions, with full payment required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or No-shows may incur a fee or be charged the full session amount.

Payment & Fees

Prices are listed on our website. Additional fees may apply for certain treatments or upgrades. All fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Health & Safety

Clients affirm they are in good health and understand the nature of massage therapy. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is confidential and protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share client details without consent unless required by law.

Code of Conduct

Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and health purposes only. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries, and clients are responsible for informing therapists of medical conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
